PLACING ORDERS
To place an order at Greenpoint Laser:

Browse the site for products of interest.

From any product description page indicate the quantity and other details for the product you wish to purchase then click the Add to Cart button.

To see the contents of your shopping cart or make changes, click Shopping Cart in the top navigation bar.

Once you complete shopping and have reviewed the contents of your cart, click the Checkout button on the shopping cart page to begin the checkout process.

Next, if you are not already signed in you may continue by:
• Entering your username and password if you already have an account
• Creating a new account.

Enter or verify your address, shipping and billing information on the next screen then click the Continue button.

Make your shipping and payment selections then click Continue.

Enter your credit card details then click the Submit Order button to complete your purchase.

Print the invoice page for your records.

ORDER CONFIRMATION
Once your order is received you will be sent a confirming email message. Order confirmations are usually received within a few minutes of placing an order. If you do not receive a confirming message within 24 hours please contact customer service.

BACKORDERS Some Greenpoint Laser products may be out of stock or require special order that will result in delayed shipments. The shipping status of products is indicated on product description pages.

You will be notified by email if you order an item that is out-of-stock or that will be delayed, and will have the option of accepting the delay or canceling the order. Please contact customer service to learn more about the status of a backordered item.

EXPECTED SHIPPING TIMES


Most in-stock Greenpoint Laser orders ship within 24 – 48 hours.

 

PARTIAL DELIVERIES

Greenpoint Laser sometimes sends multi-item orders in multiple shipments. If you receive only part of your order in a shipment, please refer to the packing slip and shipping confirmation email message for additional information.

SHIPPING RATES

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout time based on the shipping method, total weight, and location of your order.

SHIPPING WITHIN ONTARIO   $7.00 per order
TO REST OF CANADA   $12.00

NOTE: GST and PST will be charged in Ontario, and GST will be charged to the rest of Canada. All other international orders outside of North America will be dealt with individually. US orders – call to inquire about costs. The exchange rate applies to shipping to the U.S.

SHIPPING METHODS AND TIMES
Greenpoint Laser offers next day shipping in the GTA, and 3-5 business days outside of that area. Greenpoint Laser uses our own courier inside the GTA and Purolator and CanPar for all other Canadian Deliveries.

CREDIT CARD OPTIONS
Greenpoint Laser accepts Visa and MasterCard cards. Your name, billing address and telephone number as they appear on your credit card statement are used to validate your credit card when making a purchase. Enter this information carefully during checkout or when creating an account to avoid delays in processing your order. Your credit card is pre-authorized for the purchase amount at checkout and is charged when your order is shipped.

TRANSACTION SECURITY
You can be comfortable making purchases at Greenpoint Laser knowing that best industry practices are used to safeguard your credit card information. Your card number and other personal details used to validate the card are transmitted securely to an electronic payment gateway using Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology and 128-bit encryption provided by GeoTrust.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

OUR GUARANTEE
Greenpoint Lasers thrives to deliver complete satisfaction for every customer with every order. If for any reason you are not entirely satisfied with your order, you may return it within 28 days for a complete refund or exchange.

Refunds are issued electronically or with a cheque from Greenpoint Laser. Please contact customer service if your order was incorrect, the item was not as described or if it was damaged in transit.

RETURN INSTRUCTIONS
Orders may be returned within 28 days for exchange, store credit or refund by shipping to:

We recommend that returns be sent with a carrier that offers tracking status and that the shipment be insured for value of the product and shipping costs. Greenpoint Laser is not able to offer credit for lost or damaged items being returned to us.
